1. Form 35 (Duly Signed):
- Form 35 (Application for Hypothecation Termination) signed by both the Financier (bank/lender) and the Owner of the vehicle.
2. Original Registration Certificate (RC):
- The original Registration Certificate of the vehicle (RC Book or Smart Card).
3. Financier's No Objection Certificate (NOC):
- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the financier/bank stating that the loan has been repaid and that they have no objection to the termination of hypothecation.
4. Loan Closure Document:
- The loan closure letter from the bank or financial institution, confirming that the loan on the vehicle has been fully paid off and cleared.
5. Vehicle Insurance:
- Valid vehicle insurance policy in the name of the vehicle owner (after loan closure).
6. Proof of Identity and Address of Owner:
- Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver's License as proof of identity.
- Utility bills, Aadhar Card, Passport, or Ration Card as proof of address.
7. PUC (Pollution Under Control) Certificate:
- Valid PUC Certificate (if applicable, required for vehicles older than a specific age).
Role of Service Provider:
- We, as your service provider, will assist in the collection, submission, and processing of the required documents for the Hypothecation Termination (HPT) with the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
Document Accuracy:
- The applicant (vehicle owner) is responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted are accurate and complete. Any discrepancies or missing information may delay the process.
Required Documents:
- The applicant must provide all required original documents and self-attested copies as per the checklist. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the application.
No Objection Certificate (NOC):
- The No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the financier/bank must be provided to ensure that the loan has been cleared and the financier has no objection to the hypothecation termination.
RTO Processing:
- The Hypothecation Termination is subject to approval by the Regional Transport Office (RTO). We have no control over the processing time or the approval process, which may vary by region.
